This is a really fun game and I think it should be populer

Looks like they fixed whatever was broken. Too bad, I am afraid many players abandoned the game thinking it was permanently shut down. A couple of weeks is a long time to be down. With the publisher being closed for years it was easy to think the game was done.

It appears the game is finished??!! No connection for more than a week

It appears the servers are down for good. No connections for 4 days, no communications from Subatomic on their site or social media. It was a great game for 8 years!

Where is the owner of the app?

Are the servers are SubAtomic Studios down?

Game stopped loading Tuesday and cannot get in since.

I’ve gotten very far in this game and have unlocked several awards and now the game won’t load. Am I being hacked? Who can resolve this?

The game appears to have stopped connecting to the game servers as of 4/16/24. As the game has not been updated in 5 years, I’m wondering if they’ve pulled the plug on it.

Overall this game is thrilling and fun but it does kind of take away the original being a tower defense game. So i love it. It’s not a bad game but it could use improvement it’s a little laggy. It’s also a money grab and lag game if you want op stuff you have to pay

Great game, but the server is down for the past 24 hours. can’t connect to the game at all

Great layout and weapons and generals and defense but it won’t load and can’t get in to check so now what that’s the only issue I have is that some bugs have come and not been fixed for days I login to play haven’t been able to for days now.

I’ve been playing this for more years than I can remember. Apparently they shut down yesterday soon after I played because now the app doesn’t open anymore. Before hat they stopped updating it even before I started playing. This game was abandoned long ago. Even the support link in this store is an unregistered domain now.

It’s to competitive and you get stuck unless you pay gems. Leveling up takes a lot of attacks and patience. When unlocking characters you have to pay gems for quality heroes!!! Waste of time!!! Need to find better options in leveling up versus trying to destroy villages with minimum hero options!! If you like Fieldrunners stick with the old version it’s worth it and spend less

It’s an ok game but you must know how to use your spending! Otherwise you whine up with no way to be able to build your army stronger!!

It’s a shame because this is still a fun little game but apparently this studio went belly up long ago, yet they are still selling in-app purchases but offer no support. There’s no way to even contact anyone. Don’t waste your time.

I just it and I think it’s awesome especially the rail gun switch tower and that is all (I don’t talk much lol)

I encountered a connection lost issue for days. The game cannot load rightly.

It’s been 3 years since I last played and man have things changed, a lack of updates for sure and it’s weird as if the company stopped caring.

I would no longer recommend a download. When this game first came out it was amazing. While it took themes from other games that wasn’t engaging take on tower defense. Spent a lot of $ and eventually got frustrated with the lack of progress without spending $. I deleted the app. Just reinstalled about two weeks ago. My setup was preserved but now there are several big bugs that make the game almost unplayable (i.e. cant upgrade heroes). The developers website is no longer active, broken links in game, and they are not responding to support requests.

My food is stuck at 10k only and it’s level 7, I can’t upgrade some of my hero’s anymore because I need 11k food that’s the only downside to the game from me

Very enjoyable game. Everything feels very balanced and the time based aspects increase at a respectable rate. Troops will randomly charge directly into fire for seemingly no reason, but based on other reviews it’s at least nice to see it effects everyone equally. No matter what, music is always set to On.

Unstable server right now

The game is designed for people to get sucked in and pay to continue playing it and/or to win. Fun at first when starting out, but the design of the game is to get you to pay and pay a lot to continue playing or you will be waiting days for your upgrades to happen. Total scam!

So expensive

I’ve been waiting for so long till the game downloads just to know that it doesn’t load the contents so fix your stupid app where it actually loads

Ok I love this game but.... you shouldn’t need ammo to attack CUZ most of the time you already lose so what’s even the point! And then you have to spend your jam to get the ammo and the other if you know you have to pay money for that’s... sad... Anyway it’s a money grab. I know A lot of people say more about that but… I feel like it already says everything. Ok IMPROVE those things and you’ll get less bad reviews.

Game is interesting but clearly designed to drive for lots and lots of payments. There are better games and uses for your money. But, if you’re. It concerned about spending hundreds, then it’s ok.

Y’all need to watch clash of clan layout. This is an better game harder tho. Y’all need battles replays to help us users out.. y’all need money to build it so in Jesus name I hope this be better then clash of clash . Because clash got old to fast and they simple. Want a game where you spend more than 100000000000000000000000000000$ in one day? This is your game! Ok first off, I want to start with this is NOT FIELDRUNNERS! If you have heard of clash of clans, then you know this game is totally COPIED off of it. Sure, a lot of games have base-defense formula for playing, but half the time they are nothing like clash of clans or any of that. And I was so excited to play fieldrunners but it me 2 seconds to realize that this game is NOT fieldrunners. It’s too cheesy. And copyright. Next thing I will tell you what happens when I log in: get 10 gold! 40.00$! It takes at least 10000 gold just get something cheap. “Buy cluck norris! 50.00$”! Which lemme just say, cluck Norris is just a HERO, not some legendary guy. Next, you have to spend at least 100.00$ or more just to upgrade people or get new people. (And those “new people” I’m talking about do 1 damage.) and if you bought what it asked you to every single time it asks you, by the end of the day, you have spent 100,000$. If you don’t stop this, I’m telling the people of the internet the TRUTH about this game.

Stupid designer, update for home button

This game is fun because you have to defend your self and you can fight others to get more coins apples wood and other rewards!

This was a very fun game but it screws you over on everything on thing it did was on the gems you get I wasted 500 gems on a doom crate and it gave me dumb tokens it’s a stupid game but fun and addictive but has some real crap scams

I cant have any red canon while the enemy got a lot. Even when they are in the lower level than me.

The games OK I like it it is addicting. However the only reason I downloaded it was because I love the fieldrunners 2 so much. This game is nothing like the last one completely different genre of game.

Game play is stymied by developer’s lack of interest in finishing the game. Lots of dead ends, graphic glitches, basically rendering the game unplayable. Higher levels are unobtainable simply because there’s not enough storage space to save the gold. These are relatively simple fixes. Yet they are still on the App Store....why? I’m out. Wish I had never started.

Their first game was their best - never crashed. This one crashes all the time (5 times so far) trying to play it today. I would have given it 3 stars instead of 1 but you spend $5 for 500 gems so you can open a crate, the game crashes, you lose your $5 and you lose the gems and you don't get crate contents. I would have given it 2 stars but I have to give it 1 star because when you go to support the game shoots you out to a web page that never loads and if you search for the game title and the word support - nothing. Sad, their first game was great, they should make new levels of that.

When I load up the game, it asks me to make a Gatling gun, I already have one, and so I’m then stuck on that screen and can’t play
